Senators Lincoln, Taylor, Leman, Elton, Cowdery, Davis, Olson, Stevens, Austerman, Halford, Hoffman moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as cosponsors on the resolution. Without objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 22 Relating to declaring March 2002 as Sobriety Awareness Month, pass the Senate?"
